The Central Bank of Brazil has expanded its presentation of foreign exchange intervention data by adding outstanding stock histories and maturity schedules for foreign exchange swaps and repo lines to its Foreign Exchange Policy webpage. The change reorganizes information already available through the central bank’s Open Data Portal and does not alter the disclosure format for foreign exchange auctions. Both instruments now have updated maturity schedules and an interactive tool showing 10 years of outstanding stock data, with options to download data and images in multiple formats. The central bank has also added three daily series to its Time Series Management System covering the outstanding stock of repo lines, the notional value of foreign exchange swaps and the number of foreign exchange swap contracts.
