Naziri referenced the implementation of Tajikistan’s Payment System Development Strategy for 2015–2025 and the National Financial Inclusion Strategy for 2022–2026. She also pointed to planned measures under the World Bank’s “Digital Foundations Tajikistan” project, including a unified government platform for payments for public services and the creation of a unified interbank identification centre, while emphasising the need for modern governance mechanisms, data protection, and advanced cybersecurity standards to counter cyberattacks and fraud as digitalisation accelerates.
