The Mauritius Financial Services Commission (FSC) has opened an Invitation for Bids via the Government e-Procurement System to appoint a consultant to review its licensing, human resources and procurement framework. The call is open to Mauritian nationals and entities incorporated in Mauritius. Bidding documents (reference FSC/IFB/2025/1067) are available for download on the Government e-Procurement System, and proposals must be submitted online by 16 September 2025 at 11:00. Proposals submitted by the deadline must be decrypted and re-encrypted between 11:31 and 15:00 on 16 September 2025, with online opening scheduled for 15:01 the same day in the presence of consultants’ representatives who choose to attend. The FSC reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award.
