The Insurance Supervision Institute of Mozambique carried out a financial education outreach programme in Mandlakazi district, Gaza province, as part of Global Money Week 2025, focusing on insurance, saving and entrepreneurship. From 26 to 30 May, the delegation coordinated with the Mandlakazi district administration, school leaders, municipal council representatives and local government to plan activities. The programme included talks for students and teachers as well as traders and road transport operators at the municipal market, participation in recreational activities organised by the Municipal Council and the Machulane Association, and an insurance workshop during a local government session. The activities reached more than 300 people and generated questions that the Institute indicated it would take into consideration.
