The Central Bank of the Philippines announced it will continue delivering public services on Fridays while supporting government-wide efforts to conserve energy. Onsite cash operations at its Head Office in Manila, the Security Plant Complex in Quezon City, and regional offices and branches nationwide will remain available from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, and the BSP Hub in Manila will continue handling onsite transactions involving BSP-acquired real properties and receipt of physical mails and documents on Fridays. Consumer complaints about products and services of BSP-supervised institutions can continue to be lodged 24/7 through the BSP Online Buddy chatbot via the BSP website, BSP Facebook Messenger, and the BSP mobile app. The BSP Store will continue servicing purchases of commemorative coins and other central bank merchandise through its online facility.
