The Argentina Superintendency of Insurance has announced the next steps in its supervision modernisation programme, including the opening of a preproduction environment for the new Reporting Regime to allow insurers to test the Financial and Solvency Information reporting modules ahead of migration. Access and user-permission management for testing will be handled through a new prelogin environment, with administrator users able to assign Balance and Investments permissions. The existing RITEST environment will be disabled, and the test microservices endpoints have been changed, replacing the prior test API URL with a new preproduction API endpoint. The implementation timetable for 2026 sets three milestones: preproduction opens on 30 March for connectivity and upload testing, production administrator credentials will be enabled on 1 October, and the production environment will officially open on 15 October for formal financial statement submissions. Financial statements with a 30 September 2026 closing date must be submitted exclusively via the new Reporting Regime, which will become the sole valid channel for financial and solvency reporting from that point. Technical specifications and updated parametric tables are available via the authority’s Reporting Regime website section, alongside a dedicated technical support channel for the testing phase.
