The Brazilian Superintendence of Private Insurance (SUSEP) has launched a new version of its Complaints Ranking Dashboard, part of the SUSEPCon interactive environment, with a redesigned interface and features intended to make complaint data easier to navigate and analyse. The update shifts the tool from a single overall ranking to a landing page that directly displays the rankings for the eight segments with the highest volume of complaints, alongside general indicators. The landing-page figures are driven only by the selected period filter, providing a consolidated view of the chosen quarter, while selecting a segment or a company takes users to a detail page with additional graphics and information. Ranking dynamics by segment have also been made more practical to follow: when a single segment is selected, the chart automatically displays over time the three companies with the highest number of complaints in that segment. The detail page further adds indicators tied to the selected filters and an alphabetical list of companies appearing in the quarter’s rankings, with expandable fields including segment ranking position, collection volume and number of complaints.
