The Angola Capital Markets Commission has approved the registration of OPEN OCEAN, a private subscription closed-ended real estate investment fund promoted by OHUASI INVESTMENT – Sociedade Gestora de Organismos de Investimento Colectivo, S.A. The fund’s investment policy предусматриes allocating at least 75% of total assets to real estate and comparable assets, and no more than 25% to securities, money market instruments, derivatives and shares of real estate companies. OHUASI INVESTMENT will act as the management company, with Banco Millennium Atlântico, S.A. appointed as depositary.
