The Montenegro Capital Market Authority has published draft rules and opened a public consultation on the content and publication of business reports prepared by investment fund management companies. The draft was adopted at the Authority’s 110th session under Article 88(4) of the Law on Investment Funds, and stakeholders are invited to submit comments, proposals and suggestions as part of the public debate.
