The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued Notice 13/TB-UBCK instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the required fee to complete the procedure for issuance of a securities practising certificate, in line with Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees applied at the Commission. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid by bank transfer to the State Securities Commission Office or paid directly at the Commission. For bank transfers, the payment reference must identify the recipient (name), identification document number and the type of practising certificate being issued. If a person granted a securities practising certificate does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision to cancel the certificate.
