The Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of North Macedonia hosted an educational visit for first- and second-year students from “Josif Yosifovsky” Secondary School in Gevgelija, aimed at familiarising them with capital market basics and the regulator’s role. Chairman Bujaré Abazi welcomed the students and encouraged greater interest in economic and financial processes. The programme covered the concept of the capital market, basic types of securities, how institutions operate, and the importance of transparency, trust and investor protection, followed by a mini-quiz and information on further education and careers in economics, law and financial markets.
