The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan has adopted Resolution No. 60 dated 9 April 2026. The resolution grants JSC Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan permission to acquire COMRUN LLP as a subsidiary.
