The White House sent 41 nominations to the Senate, including Francis Browne for under secretary of the Treasury, Robert Stebbins for Treasury general counsel and Jeremy Wiggins for assistant secretary of the Treasury. The slate also includes 14 federal judicial nominees and two reappointments to the United States Sentencing Commission for terms expiring Oct. 31, 2031. The remaining nominations cover senior administration, diplomatic and law enforcement roles. They include Hung Cao for secretary of the Navy, Heidi Overton for commissioner of food and drugs, Elliott Hulse for chief executive officer of the Millennium Challenge Corporation and eight ambassadorial or ambassador-rank positions.
