The Agency for the Protection of the Right to Free Access to Information’s Transparency Report for 2024 rated the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of North Macedonia ninth out of 113 state institutions, placing it among the top ten assessed bodies. The Commission scored 44.5 points out of a possible 50, up from 40.5 points in 2022. The transparency assessment formed part of the Agency’s monitoring under the Action Plan for implementing the Public Administration Reform Strategy 2018-2023, aimed at improving tools for access to public information.

The Commission improved its score to 44.5 out of 50, up from 40.5 in 2022, as part of the Public Administration Reform Strategy 2018-2023.
