The ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority has issued Consultation Paper No. 10 of 2025 setting out proposals for a regulatory framework governing the staking of Virtual Assets and inviting public feedback. The proposals build on preliminary considerations on regulating staking activities previously set out in Consultation Paper No. 11 of 2024. They describe which categories of Authorised Persons would be permitted to carry on staking activities using clients’ Virtual Assets and the requirements that would apply to those activities. The consultation closes on 31 October 2025.
