The IA framed the programme as part of a broader strategy spanning both regulatory and developmental objectives, aimed at balancing governance expectations with market dynamism. Seven insurers joined as core participants, pledging to establish centres of excellence, nurture AI talent in Hong Kong, and share insights with other industry stakeholders, while technology service providers showcased AI solutions to participants at the launch event.
