The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that Zathea-Zoe Quality Services Ltd has expressly waived its authorisation to provide administrative services, resulting in the authorisation lapsing and the firm ceasing to provide those services as of 20 December 2024. The authorisation affected was CySEC authorisation number 199/196. In line with section 16(2) of the relevant law, CySEC has permanently removed the company from the register of licensed persons.

Consequently, CySEC has permanently removed the company from the register of licensed persons.
