The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges applied at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts or paid directly at the Commission, with the payment reference specifying the certificate holder’s name, identification details and the type of certificate. If, within one year from the Commission’s fee-payment notice, the certificate holder does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been granted.
