The Argentina Superintendency of Insurance issued resolutions disqualifying four individuals from holding positions in insurance and reinsurance entities. The measures bar them from serving on administration bodies, oversight bodies and or senior management of insurers and reinsurers. The disqualifications apply to Sebastián Hugo Gorla (Resolution SSN No. 401/2025), Mario Jorge Croce (Resolution SSN No. 412/2025), Fernando Dapero (Resolution SSN No. 413/2025) and Eduardo Julio Carral (Resolution SSN No. 414/2025). In addition, Fernando Dapero is prohibited from acting as a shareholder in such entities under the General Regulation of Insurance Activity.
