National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic approves eight senior and board appointments across six banks

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic approved eight candidates for senior management, board and control function roles at six banks in decisions taken on 1 June 2026. The approvals cover three appointments at Keremet Bank and one each at Asman Bank, FinanceCreditBank, Kyrgyzkommertsbank, ABank and Eurasian Savings Bank. At Keremet Bank, the central bank approved Nazira Aldibekova as deputy chair of the management board, Arailym Kaliyeva as a member of the board of directors, and Zhenishbek Muratbekov as chair of the board of directors. The other approvals covered Alina Nabitaeva as deputy chief accountant of Asman Bank and Sandzhar Sarbanov as chair of the management board of FinanceCreditBank. They also covered Cholpon Turdukulova as head of internal audit at Kyrgyzkommertsbank, Ulukman Mambekov as deputy chief accountant of ABank, and Aidar Chynybaev as an independent member of the board of directors of Eurasian Savings Bank.
