The Vietnam State Securities Commission selected a consortium of Tester Viet Company Limited and CSP Technology and Solutions Joint Stock Company to test the internal software for its specialized centralized data warehouse. The lump sum contract is valued at VND 1.895 billion, including applicable taxes and fees, against a package budget of VND 3.6222 billion. The work will run for three months from the contract’s effective date. The contract was awarded through an open domestic online tender, while two other consortium bids were not evaluated under Article 30 of the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 79/2025/TT-BTC.
