The National Bank of Serbia announced that payment institution VIP SISTEM DOO Belgrade joined the National Bank of Serbia Instant Payments System on 5 June 2026, enabling its clients to execute transactions through the system. The institution has entered the scheme as an indirect participant with mediated access. Instant payments for VIP SISTEM’s clients will be processed through OTP banka Srbija akcionarsko društvo Novi Sad, which participates directly in the system. The central bank notes that the instant payments system operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, throughout the year, and makes funds available to the payee within seconds.

The National Bank of Serbia announced that payment institution VIP SISTEM DOO Belgrade has joined the National Bank of Serbia Instant Payments System as an indirect participant with mediated access. VIP SISTEM’s instant payments will be processed via direct participant OTP banka Srbija akcionarsko društvo Novi Sad, with funds available to payees within seconds on a 24/7 basis.
