It instructs 11 named individuals to pay the issuance fee in order to complete the procedure for obtaining their certificates, with the fee set at VND 1,000,000 per person under Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. The fee may be paid either by bank transfer or directly at the commission. The notice also states that if a person granted a securities practicing certificate does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate within one year from the date of the payment notice, the commission will issue a decision canceling the granted certificate.
