The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine reported decisions on 31 regulatory, registration, investor protection and internal matters. It approved rules governing the objective presentation of investment recommendations and the operation of share buyback and stabilization programs, while admitting securities from foreign issuers including iShares, Invesco, SPDR and Vanguard to trading in Ukraine. The commission also identified Aura Capital Invest, Broox and Comfortrade as questionable investment projects and amended measures concerning the assets of sanctioned Freedom Finance Ukraine. Other actions covered registrations of share and corporate bond issues and issuance reports, approvals of venture corporate investment fund charters, consideration of Ukraine’s wood processing and furniture industry strategy through 2030, and endorsement of a draft government order on sanctions.

It also flagged three questionable investment projects and addressed assets linked to sanctioned Freedom Finance Ukraine.
