The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic suspended the licence of the exchange bureau OsOO Milan obmen and imposed fines on individuals for conducting cash foreign currency exchange without a licence. The regulator suspended licence No. 7116 (issued 22 August 2025) for OsOO Milan obmen, located in Bishkek at 5 Togolok Moldo Street, Apt 3, from 28 November to 2 December 2025 inclusive for breaches of Kyrgyz legislation and National Bank regulations. Separately, 11 Kyrgyz citizens were fined KGS 17,500 each for carrying out cash foreign currency exchange operations in Bishkek without a National Bank licence.
