The Argentina Securities Commission has held its seventh issuer draw for monitoring reports under the Corporate Governance Code for financial years ending in 2025, 2026 and 2027. The exercise identified the companies that will be reviewed over those periods and forms part of the regulator’s ongoing oversight of corporate governance reporting by capital markets issuers. More than 80 issuers took part in the virtual event, which also included updates on the analysis of Corporate Governance Code reports. The commission said monitoring of equity issuers will reach 100% this year, with those issuers selected in 2025 and allocated across 2025 and 2026 for follow-up. It also drew 15 debt issuers, as part of a plan to achieve full monitoring coverage of that population by 2030.
