The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice instructing two individuals named in an attached list to pay the statutory fee for the issuance of securities practice certificates in order to complete the certification process. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC and can be paid by bank transfer to designated Vietnam State Securities Commission accounts or in person at the Commission. If the recipient does not complete the procedures to collect the certificate within one year from the notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the granted securities practice certificate.

Vietnam State Securities Commission requests VND 1 million fee payment to finalise securities practice certificates for two individuals
