The South Korea Financial Services Commission has announced that 2025 Korea Fintech Week will run from 26 to 28 November at the aT Center in Seoul under the theme “Fintech X AI: The Personalization of Finance”, bringing together fintech firms, financial institutions, relevant organizations, and overseas governments and institutions. The programme includes opening events, a K-Fintech 30 selection ceremony, and seminars, side events, and experience programmes. The expo is set to be the largest to date with 99 exhibition booths and 128 participating businesses and organizations, alongside national fintech pavilions and participation by global unicorns. Seminar proceedings are scheduled to be livestreamed with English interpretation, and 13 seminars are planned covering topics including global fintech trends, AI-enabled fintech models, digital assets, and fintech investment. Ten fintech businesses will be added to the K-Fintech 30 list, with future support avenues described as including policy funds, investment pitching support, and consulting for regulatory-exemption pathways; additional features include an Experience Zone using generative AI, an IR open stage, and consulting programmes covering fintech careers and the financial regulatory sandbox.
