The licence was granted by the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Board under decision No. 1104 dated 14 May 2025, pursuant to Insurance Law No. 5684 and the Regulation on the Establishment and Operating Principles of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies.
