The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic approved, on 18 December 2025, the nomination of Almaz Beknazartegin by Open Joint Stock Company Capital Bank Central Asia as chair of the board of directors and chair of the audit committee of Open Joint Stock Company Capital Bank, and also approved Anuar Abuovich Kuandykov as chair of the board of directors of Open Joint Stock Company Optima Bank.

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic approved Almaz Beknazartegin as chair of the board of directors and chair of the audit committee for Open Joint Stock Company Capital Bank Central Asia. Anuar Abuovich Kuandykov was also approved as chair of the board of directors for Open Joint Stock Company Optima Bank.
