The National Bank of Serbia published operational statistics for March 2026 covering its RTGS system, Clearing system, Interbank Foreign Exchange Clearing System and International Foreign Exchange Clearing System. Across RTGS and Clearing, 19.4 million payments were processed with no downtime, resulting in 100.0% system availability. In 22 working days, 18.4 million payment orders (94.7%) were processed in RTGS and 1.0 million (5.3%) in the Clearing system, with an average daily volume of 883,383 payments (836,941 RTGS and 46,443 Clearing). RTGS turnover totalled RSD 16,974.9 billion versus RSD 26.4 billion in the Clearing system (0.16% of total value), with average daily values of RSD 771.6 billion and RSD 1.2 billion respectively. Over 12,330 minutes of production time, RTGS and Clearing recorded no downtime; the foreign exchange clearing systems, with 21 participants, processed EUR 224,966,491.72 of transactions and also recorded 100.0% availability.
