The Central Bank of the Philippines has approved the constitution of the Retail ISO 20022 Harmonization Industry Project Team and published its official membership. The team will lead coordination and collaboration among BSP-supervised financial institutions and other relevant stakeholders on the retail payments harmonization approach set out in Circular No. 1223 of 20 November 2025. The published membership spans universal and commercial banks, thrift banks, rural banks, electronic money issuers and digital banks. It also includes Philippine Payments Management Inc. as the payment system management body, with technical experts from clearing switch operators BancNet and the Philippine Clearing House Corporation.

The Central Bank of the Philippines has formed the Retail ISO 20022 Harmonization Industry Project Team and published its membership to coordinate implementation of the retail payments harmonization approach under Circular No. 1223 of 20 November 2025.
