The Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) revoked the corporate registration and lending authority of Delisha Lending Investor and Trading Corp. for prolonged reporting failures and the undisclosed operation of several online lending platforms. Seven officers and directors were also fined PHP 50,000 each, totaling PHP 350,000. The company failed to file required corporate and financial reports for various years, pay annual lending company fees from 2014 to 2025, provide required contact information, and submit specified impact evaluation reports and a business plan. It also continued operating unrecorded lending applications despite a moratorium on new and unrecorded online lending platforms. The SEC characterized the violations as substantial, systemic and deliberate, citing repeated noncompliance with its notices and directives.
