The Guernsey Financial Services Commission noted a Royal Court judgment in Paul Randall Pybus and Adjure Global Limited v. the Commission that upheld and put into the public domain serious concerns it holds about Mr Pybus and upheld many of the Senior Decision Maker’s findings, while requiring the Commission to appoint a new Senior Decision Maker to reconsider the matters of probity and integrity with explicit consideration of the Ivey test.

Guernsey Financial Services Commission to appoint new Senior Decision Maker to reconsider Pybus probity and integrity under the Ivey test
The Guernsey Financial Services Commission acknowledged a Royal Court judgment in Paul Randall Pybus and Adjure Global Limited v. the Commission, which upheld serious concerns about Mr. Pybus. The judgment supported many findings of the Senior Decision Maker but mandated the appointment of a new Senior Decision Maker to reassess probity and integrity, considering the Ivey test.
