The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario has opened its stakeholder engagement survey, inviting people across the sectors it regulates to provide feedback on areas where the regulator is performing well and where it could improve. The biennial survey focuses on awareness of FSRA’s work, how it engages with stakeholders, and the most effective ways to communicate initiatives and supervision actions. It is being administered by Forum Research, with data collected by the third party kept confidential and results reported in aggregate; FSRA estimates the survey will take 10–15 minutes to complete and has set a completion deadline of May 30.
