Bank of Israel Governor Prof. Amir Yaron has established a search committee to fill the position of Director of the Payment and Settlement Systems Department, following the announcement by current director Mr. Oded Salomy that he will leave the role in May after a four-year term. The committee will be chaired by Deputy Governor Andrew Abir and will include Director General Shulamit Geri and Ms. Maxine Fassberg. It will publish information on how to submit candidacies, interview selected candidates and recommend a small number of candidates to the Governor, while also allowing the committee and the Governor to approach potential candidates who did not apply on their own initiative.

Bank of Israel Governor Prof. Amir Yaron has formed a search committee, chaired by Deputy Governor Andrew Abir, to find a new Director for the Payment and Settlement Systems Department, as current director Mr. Oded Salomy will depart in May. The committee will manage the application process, conduct interviews, and recommend candidates to the Governor.
