The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced that Nomuscapital Investments Ltd, the external manager of WAGONMASTER PRIVATE OPPORTUNITIES RAIF V.C.I.C. LTD, has notified it of the initiation of dissolution and liquidation procedures for the WAGONMASTER SUBFUND II investment compartment, which will remain on the RAIF register with an "under liquidation" notice until the process is completed, after which CySEC will delete it once all required documents are submitted.

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission said the WAGONMASTER SUBFUND II compartment of WAGONMASTER PRIVATE OPPORTUNITIES RAIF has entered dissolution and liquidation after notification from its external manager. It will remain listed in the RAIF register as under liquidation until completion and submission of the necessary documents.
