The Rwanda Capital Markets Authority (CMA) carried out investor and career awareness outreach at the University of Rwanda during the Fourth Edition of the Annual Career Summit 2025, engaging more than 3,000 students. The session presented the capital market as a source of long-term finance and outlined how regulated investment products can support savings and wealth creation. The discussions covered how capital markets can contribute to business growth, job creation and wider economic progress, positioning students as both future professionals and future investors. CMA highlighted roles across regulation and supervision, investment advisory and brokerage, and asset management and collective investment schemes, and noted demand for skills beyond finance, including economics, law, data, technology, communications and client service.
