The Argentina Securities Commission (CNV) published an account of remarks by President Roberto E. Silva and Director Laura Herbón at a global and regional corporate governance summit. Silva reviewed the CNV’s deregulation and modernization of Argentina’s capital markets, including regulatory simplification, lower costs and faster access to financing. Herbón addressed the role of corporate governance in supporting transparency and the development of capital markets.
