The Central Bank of the Philippines issued a circular letter calling on all non-bank financial institutions with quasi-banking functions and trust entities and trust corporations to publish or post their Statement of Condition and, where applicable, a consolidated Statement of Condition or balance sheet as of 31 December 2024. The Statement of Condition for the head office, branches and other offices must be presented side-by-side with the consolidated Statement of Condition covering the parent institution and its subsidiaries and affiliates, where applicable. Publication must be made in a newspaper of general circulation in the city or province of the principal office, or otherwise in a Metro Manila newspaper or the nearest city or province, within 20 working days from the circular letter. Institutions must also submit scanned PDF copies to the central bank within 20 working days from the circular letter, and submit the published version together with the publisher’s certificate in PDF format within five working days from publication, consistent with the cited provisions of the Manual of Regulations for Non-Bank Financial Institutions and related memoranda.

The Central Bank of the Philippines requires all non-bank financial institutions with quasi-banking functions and trust entities to publish their Statement of Condition as of 31 December 2024. This includes a consolidated Statement for parent institutions and subsidiaries, where applicable, in a newspaper of general circulation. Institutions must also submit scanned PDF copies to the central bank within specified timeframes, per regulatory provisions.
