The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine approved a new framework for delegating specific decision-making powers to staff. The measure aligns the internal allocation of responsibilities with recent staffing and organizational changes and allows technical and procedural matters to be handled without referral to the commission’s collegial body. It does not alter the commission’s statutory powers. The framework authorizes relevant department heads to act on the commission’s behalf within their areas of competence. Delegated matters include securities issuance registrations, licensing and authorization procedures, certain administrative proceedings, inspections, and the signing of documents needed to provide administrative services and support capital markets operations. It replaces an earlier 2026 framework that had been amended several times.
