The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, together with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Programme Office in Bishkek, held four seminars on the basics of financial literacy in Karakol in the Issyk-Kul region on 5–6 November 2025 for students of local colleges. The seminars marked the final part of the second stage of the year’s planned regional seminar programme. More than 100 students participated alongside college directors and teachers, including from the K. Tynystanov Issyk-Kul State University College, the I.K. Akhunbaev Medical College, the I. Biibosunov Karakol Pedagogical College, and the Y. Tumanov State Music College in Karakol. Sessions were delivered in an interactive format with group work, discussions and Q&A, and participants received certificates on completion.

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek conducted four financial literacy seminars in Karakol for local college students on 5–6 November 2025. Over 100 students and educators from various colleges participated in interactive sessions, marking the conclusion of the second stage of the regional seminar programme.
