The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan has prepared an open banking user guide as part of the country’s open banking regulatory framework. The guide sets the interface standard for account servicing payment service providers (ASPSPs) for the services defined under the Central Bank’s requirements for network channels used between payment service providers. The user guide covers the application programming interface (API) structure, management of the consent mechanism, account information services, open data services, and the technical requirements needed for organisations to connect as third-party providers.
