The Brazil Securities Commission published an update on a visit by its president, Otto Lobo, and director Igor Muniz to Impa Tech to discuss a technical cooperation agreement focused on developing artificial intelligence-based solutions for capital markets supervision. The discussions centered on creating a framework that could support supervisory technology work at the regulator. The meeting took place at Impa Tech in central Rio de Janeiro. Impa Tech is a higher education institution maintained by the Institute of Pure and Applied Mathematics, and the CVM delegation also included senior officials responsible for institutional development and modernization and for intelligence development.
