The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market adopted a set of rulemaking, registration and supervisory decisions, amending two existing procedures and approving a draft decision to update the procedure for maintaining the accounting system of shares of limited liability companies and additional liability companies. The package also included multiple authorisations and enforcement-related actions affecting professional market participants and issuers. On registration and licensing, the Commission updated the register of professional participants regarding additional services for JSC JSB RADABANK, approved the issuance and prospectus for ULF-FINANCE LLC corporate bonds (series E1 and F1), and registered share issues and prospectuses for JSC ZNVCIF NIKS and JSC ZNVCIF MEGA FIN CAPITAL. It also approved the draft charter and share issue registration of JSC ZNVKIF ENTERPRISE, registered changes to the share prospectus and related documents and replaced the certificate for JSC ZNVCIF NIAMEY, cancelled the registration of investment certificate issues and cancelled the certificate of ZNVIF Yukon (LLC AMC BUSINESS – GARANT), and terminated INVINTUM LLC’s licence for professional securities trading activities. Within supervision, it agreed intentions to acquire significant participation in LLC Managing Administrator of Pension Funds Paritet and in LLC KINTO, Ltd, and approved appointments including the Director of INVINTUM LLC and the Chairman, a Supervisory Board member and the Chief Accountant of CONCORD CAPITAL LLC.
