The National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre signed a memorandum of cooperation establishing a framework for enhanced exchange of data and information of mutual interest to support both institutions’ analytical and institutional work. The arrangement provides for systematic and secure information sharing, focused in particular on data from the Register of Prices and Rents maintained by the Cadastre as part of the Geodetic-Cadastre Information System. The National Bank expects the cooperation to strengthen its analysis of real estate market risks as part of its work to achieve and maintain financial stability.
