The Philippines Insurance Commission has placed Carehealth Plus Systems International, Inc. under liquidation, pursuant to Section 4(i) of Executive Order No. 192 (2015), and appointed Atty. Erwin C. Onglengco as liquidator. Claimants are required to file their claims with supporting documents within 180 days from the notice’s last publication, with a stated deadline of 19 February 2026. Claims submitted after that date will be barred from the normal liquidation proceedings and instead referred to the company for reconsideration in its dissolution and winding up proceedings. A Notice of Stay Order dated 21 June 2024 remains effective until the liquidation is terminated or until further notice.
