The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market (NSSMC) published a package of rule-making, supervisory and registration and licensing decisions. The Commission amended its rules on the issuance of shares, including the registration and cancellation of share issues, and approved amendments to several NSSMC acts governing the submission of financial statements. It also approved Commission certificates on two draft laws, one on protecting the interests of reporting entities and other documents during martial law or a state of war (Bill No. 13671) and another on improving the procedure for conducting a special inspection (Bill No. 13632). On supervision, investors were warned about dubious investment projects “Mykhailo Rudkovskyi Trading School”, “TFH/Topfin” and “Trade Bino”. On registration and licensing matters, the NSSMC terminated Comex Securities LLC’s licence for professional activities in the capital markets, approved amendments to the decision on the issue of registered corporate bonds (Series V) of SHATO-INVEST LLC, registered share issues for PJSC “EUROPEAN TRAVEL INSURANCE” and JSC “IC ‘KRAINA’”, registered share issues and prospectuses for JSC “ZNVCIF ‘TIPAFREYA’”, JSC “ZNVCIF ‘EKTIV GROVES CAPITAL UKRAINE’”, JSC “ZNVCIF ‘AUROS FINANCE’” and JSC “ZNVCIF ‘INVEST PROSTIR’”, and agreed draft charters and share issue registrations for JSC “ZNVCIF ‘TIPHON’”, JSC “ZNVCIF ‘KALION’” and JSC “ZNVCIF ‘HEPHAESTUS UA’”.
