The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency published its schedule of Community Reinvestment Act evaluations for national banks and federal savings associations in the fourth quarter of 2026 and first quarter of 2027. The schedule follows the agency’s earlier move toward more risk-based CRA examination scheduling. The OCC invited public comments on the scheduled banks’ CRA-related activities. Comments should be submitted to the relevant bank or OCC supervisory office before the month of its evaluation and will be considered if received before the evaluation closes.
