The Reserve Bank of India has withdrawn its Master Circular on Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Urban Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NULM) and other related circulars for all scheduled commercial banks and small finance banks, following the official conclusion of the DAY-NULM scheme. The withdrawal takes effect from 1 October 2024 and covers the 5 April 2021 master circular alongside seven earlier circulars issued between 2014 and 2019. Banks are no longer required to submit the returns prescribed under the withdrawn circulars.
